Who provides the care?

Every visit is delivered personally by Lilyana McLaughlin, LPN, WSOC — a Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina (License No. 086205) with 19 years of nursing experience. Care is never subcontracted to a rotating team.
Do you accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?

Not at this time. Personal Touch Integrity Care is a private-pay concierge practice. We're happy to provide detailed receipts should you wish to submit them to a long-term care policy or reimbursement program.
What areas do you serve?

We serve Charlotte, NC and surrounding communities within approximately a 30-mile radius. If you're near the edge of that area, please call — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is there a minimum visit length?

Yes. Our minimum visit is 2 hours, which allows us to arrive unhurried and deliver meaningful, personalized care.
How does the free in-home assessment work?

Lilyana visits your home at no cost, meets your loved one, listens to your concerns, and drafts a personalized plan of care. There is no obligation to move forward.
How is this different from an agency?

With an agency you typically get a rotating cast of aides. With us you get one Licensed Practical Nurse, one relationship, and one plan of care — for the same or better clinical skill.
What hours are you available?

We schedule flexibly, seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Evenings and weekends are +$5/hr and major holidays are +$15/hr above your base rate.
Can you coordinate with our doctors or family members?

Absolutely — with your written permission we coordinate with physicians, home health teams, and family caregivers so everyone stays informed.
