This website is operated by Personal Touch Integrity Care, LLC, a private-duty nursing practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Licensure & Scope

Care is delivered by Lilyana McLaughlin, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of North Carolina, License No. 086205, within the LPN scope of practice. Lilyana holds advanced certification as a Wound, Skin & Ostomy Certified (WSOC) nurse, with specialized training in wound assessment, dressing changes, skin integrity, and ostomy care — all performed within the LPN scope and, when indicated, in coordination with the client's physician or wound care provider. Services are provided on a private-pay basis and are not, at this time, billed to Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance.

4. Non-Medical vs. Skilled Nursing Services

Our services span both non-medical support (such as companionship, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, respite, and errands) and skilled nursing tasks performed within the North Carolina LPN scope of practice under the direction of, or in coordination with, the client's physician when required (such as wound assessment and dressing changes, ostomy care, medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, and wellness visits).

As an LPN, Lilyana does not perform tasks reserved for a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or physician — including independent nursing assessments, diagnosis, prescribing, IV push medications, or care that requires RN-level judgment. When a client's needs exceed the LPN scope, we will refer or coordinate with the appropriate provider or home health agency. Personal Touch Integrity Care, LLC is a private-duty concierge practice and is not a licensed home health agency or hospice.

5. HIPAA & Confidentiality

We treat every client's health information with the same discretion and confidentiality expected of a healthcare professional under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and North Carolina nursing practice standards. Protected Health Information (PHI) is:

• collected only to plan and deliver your care;
• stored securely and accessed only by Lilyana McLaughlin, LPN, WSOC;
• never sold, rented, or shared with marketers or advertisers;
• shared with physicians, family members, or other providers only with your written authorization or as required by law.

Clients receive a written Notice of Privacy Practices and service agreement at the start of care outlining their rights, how PHI is used and disclosed, and how to request access to or correction of their records. To ask a privacy question or make a request, call 984-268-8590.

6. Service Area

We serve Charlotte, NC and surrounding communities within approximately a 30-mile radius. Availability is subject to scheduling.

7. Pricing

Rates published on this site are current at the time of posting and may change. Your personalized care plan and quote will confirm the rates that apply to your service.
